Cancellations must be made prior to 48 hours of service for full refund.
Bookings cancelled between 48 and 24 hours of service will be charged $25.
Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable
Drivers will be at pick-up locations promptly as scheduled.
Delaying the driver for more than 15 minutes will result in a charge of $25/hr with a one hour minimum charge.
Scheduling changes will be made based on availability of drivers and scheduling.
If scheduling is unable to accommodate then we will not be able to reschedule.
If client is unable to be at pick-up location at time scheduled, client should cancel (refer to cancellation policy) or have driver wait (refer to delay policy).
No show policy.
Drivers will be at pick-up site on-time and communicate with client upon arrival.
If there is no response and client does not appear within 15 minutes it will be considered a no show and cancelled with no refund.
